Currently working in Brooklyn, NY, Charles Lutz is fast forging a name as one of the most significant and perceptive artists working today. Dealing with notions of commerce, luxury and the Contemporary Art market at large, his unique talent and critical eye assist him in producing works of authority and unassailable beauty.

Lutz deals with these themes through the painstaking techniques of the traditional crafts person, be it the trunk maker, the master printer, the illustrator, or the pre-20th Century painter.
