Ordering & Deliveries within the UK
To place an order, simply telephone RedHouse (+44 (0) 1423 884400) during normal office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm). Alternatively, email us at info@redhouseoriginals.com and we will contact you to process your order. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, providing payment has been made. RedHouse will do its best to ensure that the way it describes anything offered for sale is 100% accurate, and that descriptions are as comprehensive as possible. However, if customers require any additional information, feel free to call or email us and we will always be happy to help in any way we can.
RedHouse will do its best to ensure that everything offered on its website is in stock, and will update its website regularly. However all offers are subject to availability.
RedHouse will always deliver using reputable, reliable fine art courier services, and orders will typically be delivered to customers within 2 days of dispatch. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 5 days, please email or call us and we will immediately investigate and resolve any issues.

Payment
RedHouse welcomes payment by credit card, debit card, cheque, & PayPal. We reserve the right to ensure that payment made by cheque is cleared before we dispatch items purchased.
Carriage
RedHouse can arrange for shipping anywhere in the world. We enlist the services of the most reputable fine art couriers to ensure our products reach you in time and in optimum condition. Customers who wish to collect from the gallery in Harrogate will be welcome to do so.
Returns
RedHouse is confident that purchasers will be delighted with any item purchased from its website. However, should a customer wish to return any item, RedHouse will be happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery & packaging charges) providing the item is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, post paid within 28 days of receipt. Customers are urged to ensure that any item returned is sent via recorded delivery, as RedHouse will not be responsible for items lost in the post. Customers wishing to return any item are asked to email or telephone RedHouse in advance so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
