We aim to dispatch items in the UK within 2 working days, providing payment has been made. In other instances, delivery will be listed on the specific artwork or we will contact you with delivery date and timescales. Next day delivery and expedited services are often available, please enquire here for details.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please email or call us directly and we will immediately investigate and resolve any issues.

RedHouse aim to ensure all descriptions are accurate and as comprehensive as possible. However, if customers require any additional information, do please call or email the gallery directly and we will always be happy to assist in any way we can.

We employ reputable fine art couriers to ensure your artwork reaches you in optimum condition. For items that are framed and glazed a note will appear in the product description regarding delivery. Here you are invited to contact the gallery for a shipping quote.

RedHouse will do its best to ensure that everything offered on its website is in stock, and will update its website regularly. However all orders are subject to availability.

International Orders

We are happy to ship worldwide and can arrange for shipping anywhere in the world. We enlist the services of our specialists in international shipping to ensure our products reach you in time and in optimum condition. We are confident that purchasers will be delighted with any item from the website or gallery. However, should a customer wish to return any item, RedHouse will be happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery & packaging charges) providing the item is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, post paid within 28 days of receipt.

Customers are urged to ensure that any item returned is sent via dedicated fine art courier as RedHouse will not be responsible for items lost in the post.
